Fellow pinoy here, El Guapo means - The Handsome One, Bas made it his nickname back in his MMA and Pancrase days and is quite good at speaking Spanish. Hahaha! Bas Rutten should run UFC or his own MMA org- I'd feel he'd know how to match up great fight cards and actually let the people speak their concerns out! :)
