Admittedly, I'm a 150 lb, 69 year old man who only started boxing 2 months ago, but I tried the standing situp and I think you must be superhuman. Mine was a situp and a sit there, because there was no way my old butt was coming off the floor. If there's a secret, I'd love to know what it is. Something to shoot for, I guess but man - that was impressive!
