The fact that there is no jumping doesn't mean that the heart rate does not go up or that you don't sweat. This is great especially for when time is really an issue. Great workout!

I just did it after a meal and I am feeling the burn. My heart is beating out of my chest. Depends when you are exercising.

Madfit is indeed the best. I'm on my period and don't have much energy. After finishing this quick 10-min workout I suddenly want to do more 😂 *Edit:* I ended up doing another two 10-min workouts. That's 30minutes today! This is the habit -- just start small and once you're fired up, do more and keep going.

I did it halfway and i did one of the warm up videos at the beginning. Even coming half way through this video is an accomplishment for me bcz i am dealing with depression and high level of anxiety and sleeping so rare nowadays.. did my best to get up from the bed and start..

Just completed this, love that it's easy, requires no equipment, and takes into consideration those of us like myself, who live in an apartment and need exercises that don't cause noise to tenants below us. The way I collapsed onto my mat after the plank was something haha. Felt like giving up many times during the workout but I'm glad and proud that I marched through it. Thanks a lot Maddie!

Started workout after a long break!! Didn’t think this would bring my heart rate up but it did. Gonna continue for the next whole month. Day 1: Completed with some breaks Day 2: Completed without breaks

Ello! I will be trying this workout as a 16 year old girl who wanted to get fit! I am doing other workouts as well such as Lilly Sabri's belly fat and waist+others and see how it goes! I will try to do these for 3 weeks consistently Day 1: It was an amazing workout I felt like jelly and im shaking but it felt really good and refreshing! It is really effective cause im sweating everywhere and my heart is racing! See you tomorrow!

This is my favorite workout. It is quick, gets my heart rate up and it makes me sweat! I am trying to get fit since I have gained 40 pounds and this workout helps a lot.

Thank you so much, Maddie! I was doing 2 years of dances, 3 years of pro sports, and gave up after covid and after that I faced anemia & depression. I fully lost my results and shape (I'm still skinny, but my muscles became sooo weak). I'm doing your workouts for a month now, and I see my shape and strength slowly returns back! I love your upper body & lower body workouts a lot, cardio is still so so challenging for me, but I enjoyed this workout a lot and I'm so motivated and happy now. I will continue. Love this style so much! The first few moves feel very “aerobic class” style, and the 30 sec intervals are great for getting the heart pumping! I did jumping jacks instead of the step jacks just to make it a little more intense. Thanks Maddie!!

Came here to say THANK YOU to Maddie for creating this incredible program. I’m only on week two but because of this program I’ve moved my body in some way, shape and form every day in this two weeks. Through my period, through days of needing to rest, I’ve been able to still move but not crush myself. The best part is, I wake up EVERY day excited for which workout I’m going to do. I can’t wait to see where I am in another two weeks. I can’t wait to see progress in 12 and make this a lifestyle. Thank you, Maddie. This was great! I'm getting back into working out after a long hiatus, and this was actually something I could make it all the way through right now. I was feeling pretty defeated about not being able to do the level of workouts I could a few years ago, but this kind of workout seems like a good stepping stone to get back there :)

I'm underweight person and I don't sweat much..after doing this, my heart rate goes up to 160 (it's feel like after jogging feel!) ,and a little sweaty.. my body endurance is bad, I will doing more rounds of this on alternate days! Currently at the 3rd round 😊

Day 1 - uh tbh i can't keep up with the rhythm Day 2 - my lower body is kinda sore, but im tryinng. Still can't keep up with the rhythm though Day 3 - still can't keep up with the rhythm but surely my lungs get better Day 4 - slow but surely keep up with the rhythm and i think my agility increase Day 5 - done Day 6 - my sweat doesnt that much and my breathe kinda hard than before Day 7 - ugh my legs kinda sore, maybe because im more active today Day 8 - ugh, i dont do it today, im preety busy :( but i do walk Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 - ok, have some break because my periods and were going again, kinda ran out of breath Day 13 - keep going💪 Day 14 - my legs are BURNNNT Day 15 - done Day 16 - done Day 17 - sadly don't have a time Day 18 - done Day 19 - didnt do it coz my legs are hurt Day 20 - done Day 21 - done

Recently I decided to start a workout routine but I feel tired really fast after jumping or other things like this.
