LOVE your short full body stretch. I've tried the 15 mins & 5 min ones. Now trying this 12 min stretch. Also, I find it really helpful when you narrate the movement. Like when you move to the other side or change position. So I don't have to look a the video as much and can focus on the movement.

Im 22 and have been having bad back pain on the left side of my body. Even my toes have been aching. Ive been nervous about it so i started trying to stretch my hip flexors and working my back to get more muscle. Ive been doing your videos for only a week now and i no longer feel that pain. I'd get up every morning and my ankles , knees and everything else were killing me. I found your channel on youtube and started in. 3rd attempt I made it though about 9 minutes, healing from a severe nutritional deficiency still, along with pretty severe fibromyalgia. Those of you who can do this routine, be grateful. I'll get there but no way can I get through this, not yet. Im aiming for next week

I really love that you have straight forward short stretch videos that I can add into my day. Sometimes I do the 5 min videos, other times the 12-20 but always it's a great stretch and I have shared your videos with others. My daily workout routines consists of Madfits workouts I always start with the 5 min warm up, then I pick a work out for the day (upper body, full body, lower, core), hit the treadmill after if I have time, and end it with this 12 min full body stretch. I follow this stretching instruction almost every day :) Oh gosh, the spinal twist feels lovely, a nice little pop of relief mid-spine! I just let the gravity do the work so I don’t over stretch that delicate area. It’s easy to hurt yourself by overstretching, or applying force with the stretch. Especially the spine! Owch! Stretching is one of the best ways to heal, and anyone can do it at any level

My favorite things about stretching, especially first stretch of the day, is the little pops I hear around my spinal column, and my left hamstring makes this funny little pop when I do the hammy/flexor “bring it around town” stretch. I do this stretch almost every day :) it is a wonderful cure for those tight and sometimes painful muscles and joints one finds upon waking up. I feel so so much better after. This stretch video is amazing. I am starting my home workout today and not exercising after covid made my joints and muscle stiff. Its important to start by simple stretching and then gradually move to intense workout. Loved this whole body stretch. I already feel better. My muscles were really sore with pro long sitting.

I'm afraid I did not enjoy this routine, but I think that's because every muscle in my body is super tight. I had frozen shoulder for a year and a half, then had a manipulation operation to get my joint unstuck back in February. Even after physical therapy before and after the manipulation, muscles in my back, rotator cuff, and arm aren't fully stretched back out after shrinkage from not being able to use them for so long. I also have a job where I sit a lot, plus long commute to and from work, so my hip flexors and hamstrings tend to be very tight. I actually cried on the hip flexor and glute stretches. 😭 But I kept going and now I feel a bit looser everywhere. Obviously I need to incorporate more stretching into my days! Thank you Maddie, for your videos that inspire me and help me to keep going in order to improve my mental and physical health! ❤

I was doing many workout videos for beginners to start the next year fresh but I felt my muscles completely sore afterwards, it was painful to even stretch by myself. This video helped me stretch in a more comfortable way, I noticed the muscle pain dissipated afterwards. Thank you for sharing this routine with us!
