Although, I've been saying this, Canelo shouldn't EVER go back up to Light Heavyweight, those guys could really fuck him up. I first thought that Canelo would've beat Beterbiev but Beterbiev had a really good chance of sparking Canelo's lights out. Now, if Canelo tries to do what he did with Bivol, then lights out Canelo. He can't beat the power puncher, with power punches. The smart and BEST way to do is fight Charlo, Benavidez, Andrade and the Cruiserweights. Those are all safe fights for him and high reward. The Cruiserweights are way bigger than Canelo, but are slow, flat-footed, don't have a lit of head or body movement, decent defense, and don't throw too many punches. That's a perfect match for Canelo. If he beats the Cruiserweights, atleast he's gonna get his stocks way upppppp. And right now, most don't consider him the P4P KING, so to get that spot back and solidify it, he needs to beat 2 more fighters like a re-scheduled fight with Makabu or Benavidez/Charlo fight. BUT, if Canelo ever does decide to try and conquer the Light Heavyweights once again, then Canelo does lose and probably very badly. BUT once again, he gets more respect for trying to take another risk and that will prove to even casual fans who hate Canelo, that Canelo takes risk.

After seeing Bivol training, how hard he hit the heavy bag, how fluid his foot work was, how tall he is and the arm reach. I knew this was going to be a tough fight for Canelo.
