No matter if he messes up, he's consistently moving and rotating with the jump rope. I see why he's so elusive and on drop on the dime, making it easy to shift and create angles.

I stole a lot from Floyd’s and jump rope routine. I like going through the legs with a rope but the one thing I need a master to have him down is that double under Criss Cross. Now that I really look at his routine it’s obtainable.

The coordination and power of motion is by far most impressive. 4 minutes of unweighted jump rope is not that tough even if it's done intensively.

What empressed me the most is how he throws that jump rope to the guy at the end of his workout. He must be some kind of legendary hoe to do something like that... He is one of the best boxers in history, but that action right there shows how much of a man he is.

So you basically do half-ass shitty workouts. A good workout lasts 1.5-2h. 30min warm-up routine, 30min core training, 30min cool-off - and you wouldn't be able to endure 10 minutes of the core segment, gotta love recreational goons.

Dude THANK YOU immensely for introducing me to BUDDY LEE,upon seeing your comment I instantly checked him out and fark me what a Beast bro...been looking for someone I can learn jumping rope from,subscribed to Jump Rope Dudes,Rush Athletics,Cross Rope...hell I came to this video coz I just love watching FLOYD skip,also thought he was good,which he is without doubt,in fact all these fellas are good but they all ain shit to BUDDY LEE,that gent is a CERTIFIED MASTER at this shit and anyone that thinks otherwise is plain ignorant and full of shit,period.i’ve already adopted a few basic techniques land gonna start tomorrow,to think “I’ve been jumping rope since 2019” with bad form and technique,I was ready to part ways with hundreds of $$ which converts to thousands of my local currency to invest in new ropes from -Rush’s Money Rope and that pocket scathing Cross Rope but it turns out that my technique has been wrong all along...There’s nothing wrong with my cheap ropes I just wasn’t using them properly...gonna try his teaching methods tomorrow,I have a strong feeling that I’ve finally found that teacher I’ve been looking for and THANK YOU VERY MUCH once again🙏🏿🇿🇦
