What’s incredible about that round is how composed he remained even when his body was involuntarily buckling below him to try to regain balance Grabbed him… composed himself… hands up.. marched forward. Got hit again shortly after with that second huge shot… legs buckled.. walked forward.. Legs buckled AS he walked forward… ignored it as though it didn’t happen and kept walking forward. 😂 His ring IQ and composure is just absolutely incredible. Seems counter intuitive for a defensive fighter like him but in a vulnerable situation like that a good offense case is the best defense.. although risky, he understood that acting as though it didn’t phase him at all and trusting his abilities and landing a couple shots would help nullify any momentum he had… and he did just that.
