wow that is all good for the guy that trains all day long...i just don't have the blinding speed that is needed..and the sensitivity training.. my best bet is that old asking hands posture to not get beat up to bad and step on that foot...it is the best way to hold the guy still, he can't hit very hard with that foot nailed to the ground and he can move to well and it is not gonna last all day!!!if he is shorter chain hammer fisting as fast as you can down on those shoulders ears head anything you got, a fast shove to knock him down any thing you got..that what is nioce about the close block of wing chun when he is fast and he touches you, he has to reverse and get back out of the reach you have from the touch responce system it is the fastest thing in anybody.if a peson weighs less than I do and I can get a hold of any thing on him I will yank him around as much as I can to keep him off balance and pull him into punches so I can win..

I know in WC there are to many politics,, which discourages a person thinking they are In the right path of learning. what's your opinion on WC structure strength VS internal relaxation strength

relax is a word thrown around alot in many arts but relax have different layers - hsin (emotion) , yi (intention), chi (nervous system, energy ), li (muscle,. bones). There is no "vs" , just different layers levels. There is no point in arguing one layer vs another. I mean, we wouldnt think one organ is more important than another right ?

True I just see alot of sifus showing the same thing in different ways,, structure, internal alignment,vs the alignment that everybody already uses, triangle actions, and circular actions that are all in WC
