@@arifzworld To be fair, there are more Muslims in india than the whole pakistan for comparison so, Muslims are not a minority group and still there are only few Muslims in schools and universities. Thats why you don't see Muslims doing something great for the country be it military or environment preservation or education& technology. This is not cos they are brushed aside, its because there aren't many. Muslims consider reciting Quran more important than studying science, math and literature. So most of them end up in primary small scale occupations. Now, its in the hands of the newer generations to change this

I'm from Odisha. We've a long coast line. And 99.99% of it is flawlessly clean (No we don't use Dettol). And we get the highest amount of Olive Ridely nests in our state coast lines. Mumbai is a very big and rich city but they lack common sense.. Afroz has rightly said Mumbaikars need to change their mind set 1st.

I just visited Mumbai for the first time and was really impressed by the cleanliness of the roadsides, parks and beachfront . This culture needs to be spread to all parts of the city and to all the cities in India. For example right near the Kohinoor Continental Hotel on Andheri Kurla Road the area stinks from stagnant water and garbage.
