What a beautiful message, Tom. I have went through a feeling of worthless and loneliness for long time. I still keep reminding myself “it’s okay not to be okay” and “I am doing the best myself”. I only have been to your classmate for short, but I would say you are not weak. You are courageous and kind, and I thank you for being so brave to say it out loud!
