I absolutely love mixing in the roundhouse, question mark kick, and slap kick (crescent kick) in combos. Keeps the defense second guessing constantly.

@brandonholt5526 жыл бұрын
Sneaky ??? Cause you can’t defend or you missed, it’s not sneaky, sneaky is harsh he is having control I don’t see it as sneaky to find a control but it matters how you think your striking so I guess your style is sneaky, in my eyes he still trying to find control when he knows comfort and has to maintain his opponent to create openings that he is so curious to finding

I get a sore head from starring sometimes what is all that about?
@Sunnysingh95-l2o6 жыл бұрын
Do you mean staring at something or straining dude? If it's sore from staring at something, is it a headache? and if so which part of the head? Back, middle or frontal headache?
@Sunnysingh95-l2o6 жыл бұрын
If you meant sparring then either you are dehydrated internally and you could have over trained aerobically usually which increases vata (space, emptyness, dryness and upwards flowing air rather than downwards) giving rise to headaches Over training is really bad for people with low or weak ojas as is over sexual Indulgence. People think dehydration is down to water, not if you have excess vata or pitta(fiery hormones and bile, excessive salty or pungent foods increases enzymes etc) It's not just water, in vata vitiation the person is worn down of ojas essential juice of the body after digestion of food has nourished the tissues of your body before turning into something deeper state which gives creativity, balance, agility and coordination, endurance, joy, wit, charm and strength, a stable immune system and nervous system within the Body also minimizes alot of illness. There are people who have a predominance of kapha but they are usually robust and Strong and don't like to indulge heavily in release of energy. So they do have problems in some cases like sinus congestion, heavyness and depression. You see exercise is good for them robustly it gives joy and vitality to have a less inert body, but however the vata and pitta types need to relax and save their energy and use it slowly, wisely and less cardio for vata and more strength training, slow relax eat build up, lift medium to heavy chill out and nourish your selves
