Figma Doom slayer review

The Figma Doom Slayer is finally here !!!!
After months and months of delays we finally have this absolutely amazing figure in hand. He looks absolutely phenomenal, from beautifully sculpted details to amazing articulation despite how beefy the Doom Slayer is. I say to any Doom fan to grab this figure instantly because how amazing it is.

Awesome video my friend! I'm actually impressed by the amount of articulation this has for how bulky it is. I'm still waiting for mine, but I'm expecting it to ship here any day now:)) I'm definitely going to pose him with that chainsaw.

Doomslayer wins easily. He's been killing demons for waaay longer than Kratos has been alive, and he has done so as a mortal space marine, he's not a demigod or any of that.

The arm look really weird in a lot of poses

The shoulder cannon has a very brittle and thin pin that holds it and it will break easily! Mine broke, when I tried to get it on the ball joint on the back of the figure. So be carefull! But I guess it would have broken anyway, sooner or later, the pin is just way too small. Great figure, nonetheless! ( With some issues e.g.: The joints in the legs become loose real fast)

Oh yes I've heard of people ending up breaking it. I believe you just need to be very gentle all the time but don't they give another spare part for it ? I think that may help too if one is broken. Thanks for the advice I shall keep it in mind 🙌🏻

Mine had a problem with it being way too skinny so it would constantly slide around and fall out anytime I really try to put the figure in any dynamic posing besides just standing straight up.

I think so too, and I'm a huge fan of Kratos, but in his universe, we know he can die while on the other hand, doom slayer has killed God himself and is cursed with immortality if I'm not mistaken

I feel the same too but I've heard some people complain that as he has a bigger arsenal that he should have more of his weapons but yes I agree with you he has his iconic weapons already and it's perfect

Not really. It does seem sturdy but yeah it's not very tight unfortunately

@skyfigurefun yeah better to not force joints to come apart as it may make it worse but if you really want to take the risk then heat up the joint using a hair dryer perhaps and then pull it apart. After that you could apply clear nail polish or super glue to tighten the joint otherwise you could also use Kiki fix to do it

Perhaps he could but as much as I love Kratos million times more than the Doom Slayer, the Doom Slayer is straight up broken. Lore accurate Doom slayer is absolutely crazy. In the GOW universe gods are known to die so Kratos is not totally immortal but Doom Slayer is as he's connected to God himself plus his feats are absolutely crazy too so it's a hard pick honestly 😆

I wanted the mcfarlane since forever but this just blows the mcfarlane one out of the park in every way. Better sculpting, better articulation, better accessories, and better paint job. Of course both are good and you get what you pay for so it all comes down to how much are you willing to spend for what you get. I love mcfarlane and collect them the most but their doom slayer compared to this is not great. What makes you feel the mcfarlane is better ? I'm curious to know
