It will be just as good as the average designer. Because which good designer would let them use their designs to train the AI. There will be always a plateau. Good designers will thrive, bad ones will be sorted out. Same as in any other creative sector.

The truth is: "AI won't replace you, but a person using AI will". The same people who would excel in a world without AI are the ones who will thrive in a world with AI. Think of AI as a force multiplier-a productivity tool. It's great for handling many tedious, repetitive tasks (layer renaming?) so the designer can stay creative and focus on the big picture. Looking good, Figma!

I've already created a presentation in the new Figma Keynote. While a few things are still missing, it's looking great overall. One of the best features of Keynote is that you can copy and paste elements directly from a Figma file, and they maintain their original formatting. However, you may need to adjust the border weight slightly if you have any strokes.

With the Code Connect feature, once you have linked it within Visual Studio.. when you've made a change in Visual Studio to the code, do you need to publish it again so Figma reflects the changes or will it automatically stay in sync once connected?

@@user-vp4qv9fx6u If AI continues to advance this quickly then at some point the standard of making yourself irreplaceable will increase beyond the capabilities of a great designer. If I'm going to have to put in the effort to be one of the 20-40% of designers who are still better than AI in the future then the payoff would have to be equivalent, you're asking us to be the best of the very best after all. Then there is the issue of employers, not all of them want to spend on the best, and most are satisfied with "good enough" as long as it works and makes them money, this would skyrocket the unemployment rate of designers because of the lack of need for them.
