To me he is more awkward and yet articulate than it seems from the TV. Plus he masters the art of always keeping the chin off the center line even though he is always in range. Not to.mention, more proof that growing up with siblings that are also world class fighters , works out to a good advantage. Omar's brother has more of a boxer stance so Omar's odd style got to practice against it for years

The commentary was ridiculous! If you listened to that fight on the radio, you would think Molina was running away with it! Totally not the fight I saw. I'm a big fan of Lennox - I'm surprised he was surprised by the judges' cards.

I agree with the judges on this one: Figueroa was busier throughout the fight, hurt Molina on several occasions, and was never in trouble.

I enjoyed this fight. Two guys willing to throw hard shots through the whole contest. They can both take a shot too. Their defence leaves something to be desired but, hey, we all watch fights to see punches land. I was entertained. Cheers.

Good fight. I knew this fight would be a slugfest. I had Figueroa winning 6-4, but there were a few close rounds that could’ve gone either way. Here’s how I scored it: Round 1: 10/9 Molina Round 2: 9/10 Figueroa (19-19) Round 3: 9/10 Figueroa (28-29) Round 4: 9/10 Figueroa (37-39) Round 5: 10/9 Molina (47-48) Round 6: 9/10 Figueroa (56-58) Round 7: 9/10 Figueroa (65-68) Round 8: 10/9 Molina (75-77) Round 9: 9/10 Figueroa (84-87) Round 10: 10/9 Molina (94-96) Molina landed a lot of solid right hands and boxed pretty well, but I saw him getting hit a little too much on the inside with lots of sneaky shots. Plus Figueroa also did a good job of switching stances and landing straight punches from range, which also proved to be eye catching for the judges.

WOW that was a war. Really difficult fight to score. I thought Figueroa won, but to be honest I gave up scoring after 6 - all the rounds except 1, I thought were really close and could have gone either way. If Molina had won - OK. This is the type of fight that subtracts away from your career W or L. Shout out to Molina, can't recall a guy turn with a punch like that since Money.

No way Molina won, but it definitely was a close contest. Omar's ring rust was very apparent during the fight. It wasn't until rounds 5 and 6 did his boxing started to look smoother. Especially noticeable when he transitioned orthodox to southpaw and vice-a-versa. Molina on the inside was just eating punches to the face leaving his hands to protect his body. Props to him for wanting to brawl.

Molina was grabbing the left of Figueroa and everyone watching knew why . Figueroa is like and old time phone booth fighter He leans in and throws the right and the left and most fighters can not see the off hand coming and it cleans them out . Molina stunk up the fight by holding Figueroa's off hand the ref warned him the whole fight. The Judges were 100% right and these commentators are either mentally handicapped or lying about what they saw.

Sorry, but Molina really needs to protect his head more. Every time I see Molina fight, his head is always available to get hit. Figueroa Jr. punched Molina's head around all night. Of course he won.
