tbh there's no better closed-back headphones than the Fiio FT1 under $500, not even the maxwells, so yeah I'd argue it will be better than a $300-400 closedback.
@eargasmic3060Ай бұрын
Naa, you are over selling it by a big margin by bringing the open back HPs in, it can barely scale up to the the Technical abilities of the Dekoni Blue while the Sivga Luan will chew it for fun. For closed back, I did find the Sennheiser HD569 to be a bit more aggressive but cleaner and more technically capable too.

@@eargasmic3060 If you're talking open-backs, entirely separate category of headphones so I don't think it's fair to compare them, since you'd have to spent at least 800$ to get a comparable closeback to a decent entry-level openback like a HD560S. The HD569 is decent but I don't think it's as good, I'd even choose the DT 770 pros over them tbh

how are they VS Sivga Robin SV021 and Fiio JT1

It's better than both Robin and JT1. Lot more natural and effortless compared to these two.

@@eargasmic3060 Ok, thanks for replying. Also what are your thoughts on meze 99 neo, sivga Orioles. maybe a comparo for under $200 closed backs😅
@eargasmic3060Ай бұрын
I have no experience with these two sadly.. If you have a bit more budget, I will suggest you the Sivga Luan though.
@ElDMelloАй бұрын
Luan would be over just for headphones. The main purpose is video editing, gaming, basic audio mix, music, movies. And iam looking for headphones+ dac/amp combo under $300 what you recommend for best sound quality?

Better than Aune RT5000 in term of sound quality?
@eargasmic30602 ай бұрын
I haven't heard that sadly but I don't think FT1 should be better than RT5k. I do find the FT1 to be excellent when it comes to overall performance, it has the bass, doesn't sound clumsy or lacking air between instruments. You can opt for FT1 and save some cash and get a better source!! 😊

I had mine for 3 days before returning it. It’s definitely worth more than the asking price but I wish it was even lighter. But really good for someone who needs a close back for better isolation

I own the Sennheiser HD569. I can confirm they are indeed very lightweight and the most comfortable headphones you’ll ever wear. However I doubt they hold a candle to the Fiios.That said, I enjoy their sound.
