Amazing work. Stumbling on this channel is nothing short of miraculous! Quick question. How do you transfer those 3D ROIs onto another Z-stack (different channel of the same image that is a non-cell stain)?

Thanks for watching @xbomb514. If the ROIs are in the 3D Manager, all you need to do is to click on the other channel and show these ROIs on that channel. Measurements will be done on the selected channel.
