It’s a Muslim dish - both biryani and pulao have their origins in Persia / Turkiye etc The Fijian pulao is unique and the best I have ever tried . I’ve tried them from India , Pakistan , Afghanistan, Iran etc - The Fiji one comes out as numero uno Well done mate - My suggestion is you try to make your own “ masala “ it’s pretty easy . The packet stuff doesn’t do justice . Cheers bro
