In this video, I am using my file cabinet smoker. I built a year and a half ago to smoke some homemade meat snacks. I am using my grinder to grind up 20 pounds of venison and pork to make two different types of sausage. A maple blend that is premade that I get from Amazon and a spice blend of my own that I used for the meat snacks. These are put in casings and smoked for about 4 to 5 hours at 180°.
