My usb stick was already on exfat which was default I just had to change the kilobytes It was originally set to 128 and u saw your set to 32 so I changed it and now it works perfectly fine

Step 1 format your usb to NTFS or ExFAT Step 2 go into multiman and then to the first tab (mmCM tab) Step 3 click switch to multiman mode Step 4 click scan for usb drives (i forgot what it's called) after that your usb will appear. if it doesn't then just try it without the mode switch. and sometimes entering the usb freezes you

Is there a risk to the USB? I mean will it cause trouble with either the device itself or the device to which it is being connected in terms of limitations to share it can or can't copy. I read somewhere that smaller files end up having trouble. I also read somewhere the USB could develop compatibility issues say with a phone or a tabket

My security camera has micro sd cards in them and for some reason it defaults inside the camera to fat32 and I can't watch the videos once I take them out of the camera. Open up the command prompt as an administrator and type "convert (your disk) /fs:ntfs"
