As noted in the video, times when cooking steaks is always a matter of personal taste. Whether you are using a grill, broiler, air fryer, etc., it all comes down to how you like your steaks. In my Ninja Foodi airfyrer, model OL701, I found that 1" filet mignon steaks gives me a medium steak when cooked about 3 minutes and then rotate for 1 minute, followed by another 3 minutes on the other side. Again however, depending on how you like your steaks prepared, you will need to modify those numbers accordingly. Enjoy!

Ha! Well, the top falling off the salt grinder is not recommended, for sure! But, as any good grill master will tell you, you should season your steaks very well. Salt and pepper is the very basic requirement and a good salting is preferred. (I didn't use pepper, by the way, because my wife can not handle it due to digestive reasons). So unless salt is a dietary issue for you, go for it on your steaks!

Ask your wife how to use the salt dispenser. Funny.

LOL! Yeah...gonna have to take a night class on the use of pepper mills and salt shakers! But....the steaks were great nonetheless :)

Hello and welcome. Yes...people have their own personal taste in meat doneness. It was cooked to a temperature between 140°F and 145°F, which yields a safe but juicy steak. I have friend who eat their steaks with a filling RED center (too rare for me). Anyway, the cooking method is fast and handy if you own an air fryer. Just cook it until it reaches the color toy prefer, keeping in mind it will further cook for another 5 minutes once you remove it from the heat Enjoy the holidays 😀
