Wow a chip off the old block there young master valastro. I have to admit I got a shock at just how grown up they were carlo was just little last time I saw him. Carlo did such a great job with those steaks and potatoes! My mouth is watering! How nice he loves to learn and cook at such a young age, he has so many family members to learn from..and Chef Tony too! Eat Lisa! Love you all and your big family, don't get to thin guys. Also if it's okay to ask where is Ralph from Cake Boss? What a talent and loved his personality, don't see him on the new show!

Very nice. Just cringed when he touches raw steaks and puts his fingers in the salt. Looks good though

While it is nice that he is learning how to cook at his age, I feel like he is putting too much on those filet mignons. Those steaks don’t need that much. All they need is a little salt, pepper and butter.
