Please do NOT eat foie gras!! The process of making it is incredibly cruel to the birds. Beef Wellington can be made without foie gras.

Ducks and geese have very thick tissue surrounding their throats and they do not feel funnel feeding. This thick tissue is for swallowing whatever they find to eat in a pond.

@@DogKata It is still cruel. Their livers become diseased and can swell up to ten times their normal size. The birds have to be in misery.
