Filezilla FTP server on Windows 10 - NAT problem (1/2)

You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router. is still there after this. i turned firewall off and same thing.

Opening a such range in the router and in the firewall locally. Is it safe? Im running other kind of servers, and using a local proxy to not have to expose those servers behind to the public. Ok Ok.. I do it, and then try to hack my self.

The port range comes from the ports you specified to use in Passive Mode Settings as well the one port used to listen for FTP over TLS connections.
