Things to to when updating the VOU:
A. voublazars.sh:
1. Convert python 3.10 to 3.11
2. Add this to the top of the file: export PATH="/root/.conda/envs/eada/bin:$PATH"
3. Comment out All-sed line
4. In voublazar-phase-1.sh make sure conesearch timeout is 30 seconds in this line:
echo python3.11 ${HERE}/conesearch2.py --db ${HERE}/cats2.ini --catalog PanSTARRS --ra $ranh --dec $decnh --radius $sfov --runit arcmin --o ...
5. In voublazar-phase-1.sh make sure these lines are present. (note that the first line below is a comment)
#sed -i '' 's/\ /\,/g' tmp/${pidnm}candidates.csv
sed 's/ /,/g' tmp/${pidnm}candidates.csv (angle bracket) tmp/candidates_comma.csv
mv tmp/candidates_comma.csv tmp/${pidnm}candidates.csv
6. search for 'paolo'. if any match found the location needs to updated.
B. All-SED.py
1. Comment out # plt.style.use('seaborn-v0_8-deep')
2. Change file locations:
replace: /Users/paologiommi/app/Templates/
with: /home/dt2202/Desktop/server/mainServer/otherfiles/
verify these two lines as test:
CTA: /home/dt2202/Desktop/server/mainServer/otherfiles/CTA-Sensitivity.csv
Blue bump: '/home/dt2202/Desktop/server/mainServer/otherfiles/BlueBumpTemplNormalised_4py.txt'
C. Skymap.py
1. Add 'skymap/'+ to: infile_local = 'skymap/'+infile_local+'-north.txt' [north, south, icecube]
2. Change delimiter to ',' from ' '. (or the other way around based on the sed.txt file that you get from the voublazars)
D. conesearch2.py
1. Timeout: change 15 to 30
E. Aladin error map/ region
input_file_icecube = '/Users/paologiommi/cats4topcat/IceCubeEllipses.txt'
to
input_file_icecube = '/home/dt2202/Desktop/server/mainServer/otherfiles/IceCubeEllipses.txt'
100 vh to- 80 vh
F. fortran files
1. Navigate to /Desktop/server/mainServer/VOU_BlazarsHybrid/bin/fort
2. Drag and drop fortran files
3. Run ./compile.sh
