The filipina girls I have met have been some of the nicest, prettiest, and sincerest people I ever met in my life. Absolutely loved them. A young, slim filipina in a pencil skirt and heels is one of the most beautiful things God ever created. I find philopphina girls very attractive. Is it my thought if some will focus on my perceived or relative economic advantages? Many chinese men can't get a bride in China due to a shortage of women and the high economic expectations of middle class chinese women.. Now they look to the abroad too. Obviously, a relationship that is based purely on economics is not what most people enjoy or want. I don't resent old guys with a young philphinia wife but do wonder whether it's all about the economics. I live across the world in many cultures, for 30 years as a musician, and now as a consulting engineer. What I find SAD about this video is that there are not opportunities for many to establish a life beyond dirt floors and/or care for their families. So that although they both may be happy, in many ways it is unfortunate that she must decide to marry an old man. If given choices, she would NOT have..... if given A choice and only B choice then maybe it is the better choice. I see it all the time, but it does not bring me any great joy, only in the sense that maybe her life is indeed better because he takes care of her, and treats her well, and hopefully does love her. But in most western societies we do not need to settle marrying our grandpa for a step up. (Example: Having lived in those cultures, there is no way I at 70 years old, would allow a young girl to marry me, even if she wanted, I just could not do it. If I was interested in a Filipina I would find one of millions closer to my age within say 15 years, and then help their daughters, facilitate their daughters meeting nice westerners around the world by means that are not available to them. I would not saddle her with my old ass.

She just wants what everybody wants, security, and of course love. And they are willing to settle for old, assholes, abusers.... most Asian woman are lovely inside and out, very uncomplicated. And once again, this is NO JUDGMENT on the man in the video..... but I could not do it. There are PLENTY of lovely woman closer to your own age... enough of my soap box. Americans, Westerners, are pretty clueless when it comes to suffering, we are spoiled. I've had an envious life by must standards working with the most famous musicians in the world, entertaining Royalty, Heads of State, managing several of the most famous actresses in the world...... but I have also had some tremendous suffering which I will not speak of. But when I am feeling sorry for myself, I think of those friends in the Asian countries..... living many times without complaint in tremendous conditions, heartbreaking.

3rd world women should better themselves independently.The new generation should be taught that a woman can be a boss and not just a follower or someone waiting for a husband to better their lives.Men are humans too and women cannot give them all the financial burden most of the time.If the mind-set is changed then 3rd world women won't be seen as prostitutes,gold-diggers and maids even when they are not.I was brought up in a Spanish-Filipino-Thai family and grew up here in Thailand.My maternal Spanish abuela was very independent and so is my mom,they told me when I was a kid that before I get married I should be financially stable first and not let the man pays for what I want or need.And I shouldn't feel awkward if I need to pay for a man at times.I was brought up to be a boss and I am my own boss now.I am not saying this to belittle anyone,ayoko ko na kasing nilalait ang mga 3rd world Asian women lalo na yung mga brown skin.Ilang beses na kasi ako muntik mapaaway pag may nakikita at naririnig akong nanlalait sa kanila. I will go back to the Philippines one day and start a program or foundation to help poor women become strong and stable women all on their own,yung di na nila iaasa sa lalaki ang lahat,na pag may gusto silang bilihin di na sila magaantay na abutan ng lalaki.

I can totally relate with some of the guys on here who've had a bad relationship that's gone wrong, when i met my Filipina wife just over 13 years ago the first time we spoke was on the phone and in between the conversation i said to her, How do i know i'm not just a passport for you to get here in the UK, the phone went dead, then she called me back and said, i can understand you thinking that way but please don't judge me unless you know me, so to cut a long story short i made arrangements to go to the Philippines and see her, my wife was one of 3 girls who lived with their father who was also a very decent guy but as now sadly passed away, my wife worked for a living but not as a bar girl like most of the guys on here are complaining about, if you're the sort of guy that likes to get pissed and fall in love with a typical bar girls then you shouldn't expect too much, for anyone going to the Philippines to find love do the homework and you will find the right person don't be put off by most of the losers on here writing crap because of there bad experiences usually by dating the wrong girls to start with, as i have said i've been with my Filipino wife for over 13 years and have 2 lovely boys, most Filipina's are looking for someone to look after them and most of all honesty, steer clear of bar girls and look more towards the provinces.

its called prostitution on a long term basis. That is how many filipinas take care of their families. Normally the male figures in their culture are very lazy, its a known fact. The parents don't mind marrying off their daughters to old ugly white men if it means income will be coming in. The big prize comes when the guy dies or she divorces him after a few years in the west and gets half. This kind of behavior is very rare in any other part of the world.
