Just to clear up some misunderstandings : the preference for clothing (skirts, dresses and/or pants), make-up, shoes, sports (dancing, football and/or other sports) and/or toys do not make you transgender! This is a common mistake and is based on stereotyping (association with artificially maintained gender roles by archly conservative and often deeply religious people). So if a boy likes dancing, skirts and/or make-up, it does not automatically mean that he is transgender.

True. Trans people experience gender dysphoria (I'm in the wrong body feeling) and there are studies that show that their brain structure usually resembles more the gender they feel like.

I love her she is very intellectual. She knows how her mental state will be impacted if she gets a gender reassignment surgery. To most trans woman gender reassignment surgery will be a completion of becoming a full fledged woman ones they are rid of their male gynetelia. But to some on the other hand would rather keep the originality of having to live in both worlds.

Dead giveaway is the voice. They can never change that part. But seems like the ones that are beautiful and hard to tell started hormone replacement at a young age. I went on a date with a post of transwoman once and I thought she was a biological woman, until I met her and heard her speak and saw how big her hands were. She also started at 16 or 17.

Unless you think gender = biological sex, which most gender ideologues do not agree with, as they think gender is either socially constructed or gender is an inner sense of psychological self as it relates to masculinity and femineity. Gender has about 4-5 distinct definitions now depending on who you ask.

@@zarbins If you want to be pedantic about it then no two words actually have the exact same meaning but transgender and transexual are generally used in the same way, just because sex is in the word doesn't mean it actually relates to sex, the same way breadboards aren't actually made of bread. Most people don't put much thought into the words they use and in the vast majority of cases people who use either transgender or transexual are probably using it because it's the word they learnt first or heard the most. That's the answer to the question you asked, but judging by the addendum about gender having 4-5 distinct definitions I wonder are you actually looking for clarification on a different matter, in which case I would suggest you just ask that question or make that statement about your feelings instead.

Thailand and Philippines take HRT all the same. By purchasing it. We are not as rich as the west that can afford an endocrinologist for this. If they are not able to get bioidentical hormones from people like this girl, then they will find a different way like purchasing birth control pills at your local drugstore and use those instead which are a lot worse than what she's selling.
