Hi Brian, in one of your early videos on the island, down at the port, I saw a nice, fairly new looking Water Ambulance boat tied up to the pier, I guess to transport more serious cases to Surigao City when needed. It looks like they're at least making an effort to improve medical services as tourism grows on the island.

Just a thought ...noticed the gap around your air cond...maybe get it filled you will notice an uptick in you air conditioner ....or just stuff some rag in the gap...the ingress of heat from external must be huge with a gap that size.Cheers

My wife's family is deep in province. We have our own place 20 minutes to the big city. 1.5 hours to the family compound. I excuse myself as the deep province is to far to the doctor. But reality is It's the food. 😅
