This Vlog of yours made me cook for d 1st time in my life menudo (3/4kg pork) because you inspired me & made me crave few days ago when I watched this vlog with this recipe. 🌹🎈🙏 Thank you so so so much mama Lulu for wonderful encouragement to cook & eat whenever you are cooking. As what you said I could alter your recipe which I truly love ... However, I didn't add liver spread not because I do not like it but because I already added very few fresh cut pork liver (100 grams) to taste coz I have gout arthritis therefore, liver would trigger my gout pain as well as green peas that's didn't add anymore. Because I run out of pickles at home, I decided to replace it with fermented olives and it was so good for it. I didn't use any cubes ( due to gout arthritis) for seasoning, instead I used dried thyme, rosemary, then premium fish sauce (not that salty). Next time, I'll try your other recipes Kare Kare & Pork Ribs 🙏🎈💓🥂

Mama lulu cooks the way I do in the sense i'm giving & loving but only show it in the best way which is through cooking. I love love love cooking and their is 6 of us in this home perfectly normal for a latin/hispanic household🌈🏡🌞 My most favorite person to cook for in this household aside from my parents & younger sister's obviously is cooking for my son seeing his smile when I bring him his food n' is his tummy satisfaction afterward is always worth it. Because of my son I am gonna have to invest into a rice cooker soon because he needs to have rice literally all the time🌈🙈😅
