filipino SIZZLING SISILOG OVERLOAD! Chopped pig face with egg meal

Wandering around the beautiful Barangay (Tagalog for town or village) I stumbled upon the very hard to pronounce "Sizzlingan ni Aling Meng" and not only did they have amazing AIRCON but they also had karaoke!

He asked to serve only half so he can taste and rate it, then will take out the other half. The server said yes that we thought he understood, but in the end he did not and still serve it whole. That's so Filipino, they always said yes for the instructions they did not understand. 😂

Exactly all the places he’s been into he always ask them to serve half but almost if not all served it whole hahahahaha, they could have served half and gave half to the stray dogs or cats, good thing ate from bel air served it whole but she said she’s gonna give it to the stray cat (half) so it all good, she has a purpose.

Tanungin mo sila Kuya Kurt, "Pwede bang half order lang ng rice at ulam? Food vlogger kasi ako at medyo marami na kong nakain kanina, busog pa'ko." Kapag nagyes sila, tanungin mo kung gaano kaliit yung bowl ng half order (if lomi, pwede wag mo punuin yung bowl) or if ilang hiwa ng karne (if adobo). Doon mo magagauge (tantya) kung naintindihan ka talaga nila or hindi. And if you let them order for you, doon sila maglalagay ng add ons (extra rice, egg, etc), ginagawa nila yun sa lahat ng customer, di lang sa foreigner. Yun yung nangyari sa recent uploads mo nung umorder ka ng lomi sa "Most delicious tapsilog and lomi in ny life" and yung "stormy breakfast adventure" mo na may additional rice and coffee.

You have to mix the sisig and egg to fully cook the egg....the heat of the sizzling plate should be enough to cook the egg. Thats why you have to mix it as soon as it gets served! Enjoy.

The reason why most of the time they could not understand you when you said instead of whole order you can just make it half I think the way you say it in Tagalog like “Pwedeng hatiin” sa dalawa people normally doesn’t understand instead say this “Pwedeng Kalahating order lang” then explain why! So next time you should say the word “Kalahating Order” instead of Hatiin!

It’s actually a good find that place. Please stop asking half of the meal. They’re there to work and follow the portions that the owner told them to. Some of the meal are actually already portions in the fridge before cooking.

98% of Filipinos do not eat raw egg. They just added that to the Sisig to make it look more Exotic to Filipinos in other islands. It was only a drinking food for men who are too drunk to care if there raw egg in some fried minced pork meat sold at a very high in bars or beer houses. Real Sisig has no eggs. People who like Sisig with eggs are ignorant of the authentic stuff which is grilled. Sisig with egg is dog food in Central Luzon.
