I was walking around the barangay (village or neighborhood in the Philippines) and I noticed this small food stand against the wall of a corporate building.
I caught it just out of the corner of my eye, saw that she was selling food, and had to try some.

Down the street from United Lab in Mandaluyong / EDSA in the Capitol grounds (Pasig) used to be a Mom & Pop carinderia with tables & benches catering to corporate employees but with very excellent & delicious food...healthy too with a good balance...but down to earth prices! There also was a sit down 'resto' across the street serving the same with working people prices! It's nice of you to highlight Mom & Pops business...May your tribe multiply & God bless always!
