Sir nalilito talaga ako sa three year BSP treasury bill purchased 3 months before maturity date. Kasi ang paka intindi ko, kung 3 years siya bakit 3 months purchased before maturity siya eh bali 3 months lang yung maturity niya hindi na 3 years. Sorry pahelp :

pagkaintindi ko is if 3 years BSP-Treasury bill na cash equivalent is dapat ma purchase mo sha before 3 months sa maturity date at hindi sa issuance ng bill mismo. Example na issue yung bill January 1, 2020 at mag-mamature sa December 31, 2022. So para maging cash equivalent dapat i purchase mo sa October 1, 2022 which is 3 months before mag mature yung bill. Kasi if i purchase mo sha more than 3 months before sa maturity date or sa issuance date ka mismo nag purchase, hindi na sha considered cash equivalents. Short-term or long term investments na sha. HOPE THIS HELPS, AND I HOPE IM CORRECT XD

Depende, ashley. Kung ikaw ang issuer/maker ng check na not mailed, then included dapat yung ng CCE since wala pang payment na nagyayari dahil nasa custody mo pa rin ang check. Kung ikaw naman ang payee ng check not mailed (example, check from customer not mailed), dapat excluded yan sa CCE since wala pang cash collection na nangyayari. Hope it helps.
