Just a reminder, don't camp on deserted beaches, jungles or mountains, don't go on hidden spots, i know its fun to be alone with your girlfriend but it's also dangerous people might take advantage or rob you because they know you are tourist and there is no help coming because its deserted, just go to places that are tourist friendly. Last year there where a couple who is robbed and the girl was raped and the guy was stabbed to death. Because the bad guys followed and knew they where alone in the beach

Such an intimate gathering. Very low-key compared to how others celebrate Christmas -- those with big families. I also like this. Prefer low-key, quiet stuff myself but it's also nice to attend loud, chaotic but fun gatherings once in awhile. BTW, when tasting food while cooking, try to avoid putting the spoon you used for tasting back into the dish. I was always told your food goes bad faster that way (like if you don't finish it in one seating). Might not have been true as I've never read anything about it but it's more sanitary if kept separate esp if others will be eating too.

Hello suengha, though you can complete all pancit engredients, Your process of cooking is not, it should had been better if your pancit was stir- fried in a wider pan or wok for pancit to absorb all the savor of all sauted engredients along with little liquid when stirred properly. After pancit absorbed the flavors, then you add enought hot water for its total needed water enought to soften the pancit, then add the pre- sauted half-cooked veges to it and stir enought to finish the cooking process.. then garnish with grated dahon sibuyas or chives or parsley, with optional sprinkle of sesami oil on top. 👍 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with sincere relationship with your girlfriend with you and her family ! 🤗😊☺️
