One important note. I made donuts 80g each, fried them in the oil at 300F for 4 min on each side.
This way, they will cook inside properly.

hi everyone just wanted to say that since th recipe isnthere, a way of making the cream is cornstarch with equal amounts of water mixed together, put in about a teaspoon of vanilla extract for three spoons of cornstarch, then after miking into a paste, add boiling water and stir for 30-60 seconds straight. At the end, add milk and sugar to your preference. To make chocolate filling, add 2 spoons of pure cocoa/cacao powder BEFORE adding hot water. Also for Strawberry, AFTER making the custard, add in strawberry jam/concentrate Hope this helped! edit:tysm for the likes not tryna be that person but never gotten that many b4 ty

yeah that's it also if you have ready made @@dnncstll custard mix, you can use instead of cornstarch and you would only need to add milk and sugar

That's what we call "Berliner", "Kreppel" or "Krapfen" in Germany. We only eat them at the carnival season around Febuary.
