This week in Tenerife, we head over to a dog shelter for abandoned dogs to fill up on some puppy love! Is vanlife with kids AND dogs possible?
We sold our house and moved in to our converted van with our 2 small kids in October last year, and since then we've been travelling around Europe, doing vanlife with kids and enjoying life! We're now in Tenerife and living every day to the full. Our travels come after a lengthy battle with colon cancer, where Malin fought through several rounds of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and 2 major operations, leaving her with no colon or uterus, and a permanent colostomy.
But now she's been given the green light to travel, and here we are at the dog shelter wishing we could take 2 pups with us on our travels!

Who are we?

We are a young 'Swenglish' adventure family, that consists of Swedish Malin, English Tom, and babies Charlie & Isabella, who are half and half. We love all kinds of adventures, including travelling around Sweden and beyond in our self-built campervan called Sunny, we're currently travelling the warmer climates of southern Europe and are glad to be cancer-free, after a rough battle with colon cancer.

It’s fantastic to see you travelling and enjoying life especially after the shock of Malins cancer and treatment which must have been so devastating for your family. I have only just started following you recently and I was wondering how Marlin gets on with her checkups as can she get those in other countries or do you have to go back to Sweden?
