Filling Out the App & Requesting Transcripts for Medical & Health Professional School Applications

Most health professions/schools utilize Centralized Application Systems (CASs) (eg. AMCAS, AACOMAS, VMCAS, and more) that include collected information to be sent to all schools that you apply to. As part of this process you will need to request official transcripts from all higher education institutions you've attended. Learn about how CASs are typically set up, how transcript entry works, the information you will need to collect, and more.
An HPA advisor will be using CASPA as an example for the walkthrough and mentioning notable differences as needed. (Please note most CASs are more similar than they are different which is why we chose one for the walkthrough. Have questions meet with an advisor or comment below!)
