These were peak movie geek years for me, I was 12 and on first name terms with the people at blockbuster! I'd watch film night in my bedroom and get excited about all the new releases. I loved the scene at the end of interview with the vampire where Tom cruise jumps from the back seat and gets Christian Slater's character! A guns n Roses cover of Sympathy for the devil plays as he drives off over the golden gate bridge.. roll credits. 1995 was a great year for movies ❤🎬

This is the Tom Cruise I loved during the 90s. He's long gone but nostalgia makes me smile still at videos such as these.

he's long gone? why do you say creepy things like that?

He means he ain't doing drama movies and is sticking to action/ playing the same lead action hero struck in different situations ( Sci-fi, Actions) not that they aren't top tiers but the only notable drama movies of his are Valkyrie, Rock of Ages, American Made. Ik it's okay to say He's really set the mark at the action butttt Actions just don't makes nomination, I hope Tom lives to his 90s but you certainly can't bet and if He's any plans to win an Oscar He really needs to do melodrama/war/gnarly/romantic( modern romantic like La La Land), Or outta all Biopics or Westerns ; they've the most chances of winning an Oscar. That being said I'd really wanna see what He does to Mission Impossible and the space Doug Ligman movie He's been on about. Tom Cruise can literally do anything, He can give ya nail biting drama to uttermost action and pull off total villain at times. It's a safe bet that He's more versatile than Leonardo DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson, Heck even Daniel Day Lewis coz even if Tom Cruise's not 10/10 in dramas:He's just shy of 1 or 2 points but Man is definitely 100/10 in Action and the other guys can't get Action shuved up in their butts. I mean if Tom Cruise gives up Action after 65 and Gives half his action dedication to the drama movies, Heck he can even beat Leonardo DiCaprio. 😂

They don't give Oscars to people who put butts in seats. Harrison Ford never got one either. They are jealous.

Tom Cruise is currently shooting part 2 of the seventh Mission Impossible film "Dead Reckoning" at the moment. Also he entered his 60s already back in July.

This interview is before Tom developed his weird, very forceful laugh. He laughs much more naturally here. I’m not a fan of Tom Cruise at all, but he did make a magnificent Lestat. The role suited his personality very well. I was more of a Brad Pitt fan girl, but Tom blew me away in this role.

Bless Tom for talking to Anne Rice after all the bad things she said about him. I sure wouldn't.

My favorite movie of all time despite Brad Pitt's lackluster performance. Tom Cruise, Kirsten Dunst, Christian Slater, and Antonio Banderas made up for that.

Jeremy Irons should have got the role. Anne Rice was not happy. That being said, he did a great job.

Writers just don't understand how to cast a movie. They write little novels but, honestly, without Tom, the story was pretty trashy. Actors wear wigs and crap like tgat.
