@loochjackpot4227 I can see some Den Von Mil in Phillips, but Von Miller is undersized for his position. I'm hoping Chop can be our Von. Jason and Jaelan are practically the same size and have similar impacts on the game. While having the same motor and skill set

That's too high of a comparison. Philips hasn't shown that DAWG when he beats his blocks. He doesn't beat his blocks as often as Taylor did either. Philips is still an 8 - 12 sack player; he was on pace for double digits last season.

Move JP to ILB and slowly work him into the position fulltime. He will always be injured as an edge rusher. He'll be a perennial ProBowl ILB starting in 2025, his sack numbers will remain between 8-10 every year as a blitzer, he'll become a run stuffing monster on short yardage downs and his athleticism and tenacity will allow him to make plays from 5 yards behind the LOS to 30 yards downfield and from sideline to sideline. Most importantly, I'm convinced the switch will extend his career by 5-7 years all at Pro Bowl level. He's built to play the position.

If he would've been healthy when Ramsey got back and our coverage was much improved he would've feasted. Think he was leading league in QB pressures. A fraction of a second longer from that coverage would've made a lot of those sacks. Hopefully he's in form second half the seaon. His calf was looking pretty atrophied still few weeks ago.
