Fair Park was and is in the flight path for Love Field. I've always enjoyed the Belgian waffles at the fair, a sensation from the '64 New York World's Fair which has been overshadowed by all the fried concoctions of late. Did Jim Ruddle ever visit the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo? What was the occasion for the Ft. Worth parade, Fire Prevention Week?

I hate to be the one to tell you but the parade at the end of this clip takes place in Fort Worth.
