Firstly, absolutely LOVE the photo battle series, some of the very best content on the whole of KZbin. I’ve always thought that a significant part of the creative process all of your group employ is in the post production - the ability to colour shift bad lighting or composite parts of images together. The skill shown doing that part of photography is always immense, so really interesting to see the results when that aspect of the creative process wasn’t available

Since you guys are venturing more into film, something else that might be a cool experiment is using a Polaroid back camera. Not sure what the cost range would be on this, since it's pretty extinct these days, but I really think you guys would like it. Basically, what it does is it will give you an instant Polaroid-style photo on your film camera to show you what your film images will look like. This was used a lot in studio photography, so the photographers could be sure the lighting and exposure were pretty accurate before burning through rolls of film for a photoshoot with a model/subject. I'm a bit older than you guys and I learned photography with film and developing the film myself and using an enlarger to develop my own prints as well. This is something else I really think you would enjoy learning to do but also might be pricy to put it all together. Anyhow, love what you guys are doing and I think it's really cool that y'all are checking out film photography.
