Lots of love from India.❤❤❤❤ We (Hindus) in India have no doubt that such things happen ...all the time. And ours is a 5000+ (nobody knows how many) years old civilization.

A room mate I had in Boston was from Nepal. Her Nepalese boyfriend used to beat her. I once asked her, why do you put up w/ it? She said "Hindus believe if bad things happenbto you, you must have been a bad person in a previous life, so you must deserve it." WOW. Then, she married him! Smh.

Would you believe that in those days, doctors actually made house calls? The middle-aged, graying physician with stethoscope and small, black medical bag would rush to your house and treat the patient right by the bedside! Can you imagine that happening today? No MD would dream of making house calls anymore. The GP as portrayed in this episode has gone extinct, never to be seen again.

As soon as the mom became pregnant, Alice left the body of Laurie to become her unborn sister, reincarnation you could say
@TheCalico72
@TheCalico72 2 жыл бұрын
I think that's what Alice did, too, but it couldn't have been as soon as the mom became pregnant. Alice was still in Laurie's body, making the dad's favorite meal, when the doctor told the mom that she was pregnant. It would've taken a month or two before the doctor could tell. So Alice made the leap when the mom came back with the good news. But then I don't know what happened to the unborn sister's soul when Alice pushed her way in.

Much of early television drew on the experience of the theatre performance technique and experience which often required the actor to project to the audience. Acting for television was yet to be discovered gradually using the camera as your audience. This is why preformances often appeared overly large and dramatic.
