You should have prepared a Spicy Vinegar as dipping sauce for the Chicharon which is the right thing to do. And as a Filipino (I believe you are), you should know. I just hope you also know how Balut should be eaten?

they didnt like the chicharon coz of its saltiness, it tastes better when you dip it to spicy vinegar, or dip it to sweet sauce to vinegar to make it sweet and sour taste
