I am also a dancer myself and I could really empathize the struggle of beating yourself up. No matter how many times you try to get the routine or choreography down, it’s difficult. Especially when your not having a good day in general, it can be hard. But I don’t recommend being so hard on yourself, it takes a long time for you to be comfortable with yourself. Honestly I followed for the witchy content but I never pass up a good vlog. It just feels like we're seeing you as a person and it feels authentic and honest. I've been working hard this past month and this month hasn't been the best since college has been beating my ass. Seeing someone who Ik is a hard worker, idk how to describe it but it just makes me feel more motivated and better about tackling my situation. It's almost like It normalizes my struggles and that's something i really need especially since it's so easy for me to feel like I'm the only one struggling in my school and being on my own. And that last part is important because theres not many vloggers ik who are honest about making a living on your own and I think it's important for me to have a good role model bc i barely know what I'm doing. Dance injuries are no fun. I have an ever growing list of self care for them at this point haha; physicql therapy, ice, heating pads, arnica gel, foam rollers, a theragun, lacrosse balls in the freezer for sore feet! It's worth it though. It's so inspiring to see your content between witchy stuff and ur dedication to dance!

But most people don't Yes teaching class majority of my life. You basically are teaching yourself over and over. I used to teach 16 classes in Los Angeles. So I had aerobics.... Weights... Yoga..
