I have tried this but when I attempt to link the Mosaic effect to the motion tracking, the dropdown box does not give me the option to click on Mosaic. The only options in the dropdown box are 'Import from Mac' and 'None'. What am I doing wrong?

I am not sure if it is available in MAC. But you can follow my first solution which does the same thing.

@@JackyNguyen06 it was your first solution that I followed. So do you believe this is a function not available for Macs? That seems pretty poor. We pay the same as Windows version why don't we get the same functionality?

@@RossJacobs it should be there. Just select the Effect, then select Included folder. Then, search Mosaic. Some times when you don't click the Included folder, the effect will not show at the search box.

@@JackyNguyen06 the effect is available and can be added to the timeline etc. That is all ok. The problem is linking it to the motion tracking. The mosaic is stationary in the frame and does not follow the motion tracking box because the dropdown menu does not list mosaic as an option even though it is on the timeline above the video track. I do horse training videos and I want to blur out rider's faces sometimes. The motion tracking will follow the rider, but the mosaic effect does not because I can't seem to link it to the motion tracking. I can do it with a title or an element but not an effect.

Op, I just found it... if you double click on the clip that you want to do the motion tracking on, it will show up.

In filmora x when i try to mosaic any personal information in my video and use mosaic effect it always applied on whole screen in place of any selected box. This happened even when i place mosaic effect on separate timeline. Plz help me.
