That depends. What was the grossest dish? Some of these were only bad because they were supposed to be "fine dining", but would probably be fine if served at home. For example, who would turn down a Beef Wellington just because it was a little overcooked, especially if they got paid to eat it? No one.

He doesn't have to like it cuz he has to judge by restaurant standards not his preference and no one is gonna serve smth extremely spicy in a restaurant. Unless it's a restaurant specifically designed to serve spicy food but in fancy gourmet restaurant ur not gonna find those.

These chefs applied for Hell's Kitchen to work for Gordon Ramsey, because they claim to have what it takes. Of course there's going to be foods that people will not have prepared before. Most raw meats could kill or at least make you sick enough. Yet there are still people on here that can't cook chicken properly...

Had to look up blood sausage - it's what we call black pudding. Not a fan of it myself but was a common item on the plate when Dad cooked breakfast. I didn't like it so I'd get a little extra bubble'n'squeak instead. Easy to overcook

I took it to mean left over as in "wasn't uesd in last nights meal." Like if there was 6 drumsticks + thighs (or marylands) and we only used 4 then there would be 2 left over. They still need to be cooked
