Thanks! I ordered the drone already, I don't have it yet but thanks to your review I already ordered a full set of filters you're using in the video. Cheers from Poland! :-)

Great Job with this review my drone brother. Thanks soo much for sharing this great video with us. The ND filters works magic on the Gimbal lenses. It. changes everything from dull to amazing. On this occasion I was interested in the cpl filter but it looked a bit misty, maybe temp due to time of day giving condensation, em dono😰.for me everything over 4 looked dark going out and artificial colour coming back home😎so for me it's 4.still think cpl would be good on a rocky shore line😀.Thanks🙋

I love how subjective our world is. I love the ND4 and CPL. I concur with the CPL on rocky surfaces due to the reflective characteristics!

Been looking to get some filters for my X8 for my channel work. Thanks for making this! Did you let the drone "auto" set ISO and then flip it over to manual to lock it in? Looks like there wasn't any camera adjustments when going from dark to bright. Thanks!

interesting landscape. i think its somewere in USA. Your review is one of the most detailed. But you must shut down drone and camera befor setting up filter, because if its ON, device trying to stablize camera in this moment. Like at all!

Sir I honestly adore your video's, yet I have one question, is the Fimi x8 se 2020 your mainly driver?
@Duranafy4 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much sir! I really like my Mavic 2 Pro the most because of the camera. My next to drone is Mavic Air 2 and then have a hard time picking between the Zino 2 and Fimi X8 SE 2020. My number one drone for tracking moving objects or persons is the Skydio2 of course. I hope this answers your question

Hi, very nice videos, but why is your ND32 brighter than ND4 and similiar to CPL??
@Duranafy3 жыл бұрын
Stefan, the sun came fast, bright and hot and by the time I used the ND32 the sun was above the buildings. I believe that is the reason why it is so bright.

Great informative video but you could have skipped the parts when installing the filters shooting the drone at every takeoff . You could have made it shorter and putting just the intro speaking about them and then the comparison video . I had to skip throu scenes to see each filter . Don't take it wrong is my personal opinion what i would have done in a review video .Overall great shots .

I think everyone, like me, keeps a glass or UV filter on their DSLR lenses for protection from dirt/scratches/bumps. So wouldnt the same make sense on a drone? Even if the filters dont 'work', at least a UV kept on at all times would protect it. Weight-reduction fiends might scoff at the 31gram add'l weight ;)
@Duranafy5 жыл бұрын
I Agree with the UV lens can be a good way to prptect the camera lens form damage... Good point my friend. I have no issues with the additional weight! I appreciate the comment Michael!

Duranafy, I think with the filters the image quality drops a bit,it's less sharp and with the ND filters I think you must adjust the EV value,it becomes more dark.So in the end I think maybe it turns out less beautiful.What do you think,looking back at your footage ? This is important for me becourse I wanted the filters also but now I am not so sure if it comes out positive..
@Duranafy5 жыл бұрын
I agree that I needed to adjust the EV value... But for the sake of keeping all the variable constant except, of course, the ND filters, I chose not to adjust the camera setting and instead I let the Fimi do the adjustments. Now you know that it is better to do it yourself. The filter are worth it in my opinion... THey under 30 USD now!
@theflyingdutchman71715 жыл бұрын
@@Duranafy you're right but it looks like the video is a littlebit less sharp with the filters on without looking at the EV value seems
