I tested changli against my jiyan and i can clearly say changli has more dps than jiyan my jiyan is fully maxed out with good echos and his weapon while my changli only has her weapon and some skills not maxed and my echos some missing crit stats and yet she did more dmg so idk about puting jiyan above changli tbh

First of all, nice vid. Now... I would put Changli and Verina in the Apex and lower the tier from Zhezhi and Yinlin and put Sanhua one tier higher. Changli can be played with any top tier DPS and she's the best or the second best option with any of then even with Zhezhi and Yinlin's best dps. Changli + Jinhsi can clear faster than Zhezhi and Changli + Xiangli Yao it's faster than Yinlin. I play xiangli yao with battle pass weapon r4, yinlin shorekeeper and encore +yinlin wep with sanhua and verina and my encore team with worse echoes is doing way more single target dps than xiangli yao team but less aoe, so its depending on what you are fighting, for me its jiyan>changli>encore>xiangli yao (his perfect rotation dps output is basically the same as my calcharo but way easier to play)

Also, Xiangli should be in apex. It’s hard to quantify because his liberation is longer and filled with smaller numbers, but I’m fairly comfortable believing his liberation phase does much more damage than Jinhsi’s resonance skill. AND his liberation has a wider range, AND its cooldown and good energy regen, he can have it up almost constantly. Whereas Jinhsi’s skill ISNT bc she needs coordinated attacks to work. Speaking of, that stifles her party compositions. She practically requires JZ.

Mortefi should be in the op tier. Currently the base 5star gun is the only 5star that buffs other characters. A 6chain mortefi with a 5/5, 5star gun, will provide 40% attack bonus to your main dps. The heavy attack boost on outro skill can be useful, but a 30-40% attack boost works for all characters. He also has some of the lowest field time, and off field damage. Mortefi is just built different from the other 4stars.

well i have good news and bad news.... i stopped playing wuwa around the release of Jinhsi right after that electro gal, and then i played for a day or two during zhezi so i have her (Lucky pull) and i totally missed blackshore and Jinhsi master banner so i don't have both of them, but i played during the event so i have yao.. My current 5* are s2 Calcharo, Jiyan, zhezhi , Yao , s1 verina and s6 Danjin (Hidden 5*)

s6 Baizhi will jump into the S tier very soon; with the launch of a strong glacio DPS unit. Give her the Shorekeeper weapon and she'll be irreplaceable in mono glacio teams for the glacio damage amplification

I have c6 baizhi and that would be true BUT, You still do need to pick up the feather or you wont get the ATK and glacio amp buff at all. Not that big of a deal but it is sometimes kind of annoying and tedious. Wish they changed it. It doesnt even have a guaranteed spawn point, it cant spawn in front, beside or behind you so thats what I dont like about it personally And i would like to know if baizhi can pick it up for herself, because when i tried to make her pick it up, checked her stats, the buff didnt apply. I checked the other members stat, no glacio bonus. It would honestly be such a QoL if she can pick up the buffs and make it universal. Im really hoping im wrong and the game just didnt register it

How much does Jiyan even do per full rotation? My Jinshi makes around a million per full rotation against ToA central tower. Encore and Changli can do somewhat around 700-800k quickswap madeness. But you need 3 teams for Overdrive zone. So, i need to make a choice between Jiyan and Yao. And rn general opinion i saw - Yao is better at everything.

why the Zhezhi is OP? I have her and she's not dealing damage. Have Cosmic Ripples. CriT - 54. CriD - 217. Run Moonlit clouds 44111 set. Iknow its support set but the main thing is that i dont see potential. I dont see a normal damage. If i take Changli - there's no doubt and no questions to her. She's a SSS tier unit and do everything fine. But Zhezhi...it was a dissapoint. When i was world level 5. And all mobs around was lvl 70 or less she also was lvl 70. And she cannot do a damage. Thats what she feels like. So its rly strange to see how you put her in OP tier?

My Zhezhi with Stringmaster, 1800 atk, 88\282 crit, 43311 moonlit (double glacio 3 cost) and 10 on useful skills absolutely compliments my already strongest Jinshi dmg to make the strongest team i can field rn. SK third one obviously. The problem is - this weak stats like your Zhezhi have - no char will be good. Try damping your Changli to that lvl and you'll see. P.S. even with 0 dmg - Zhezhi can boost Jinshi's stacks to full every rotation. So she is already OP tier. But she also do second strongest non-main dd dmg in the game, just after Yinlin. That is enough to make her APEX tier imo.

What I like about Spectro Rover is their ultimate heals. It’s a meager amount, mine heals for about 2k. But if you’re decent with dodging and parrying, you can just nix having a healer at all and using spectro rover
