Well technically it could be flawed pacifist, like if he didn't befriend Undyne or alphys, or didn't help Undyne.

Like I said, it's pacifist, but not true pacifist. You can go through the game without killing anything, and get omega flowey. if you don't hangout/date papyrus or don't hangout with Undyne, then you can't go through the true lab, and activate the true pacifist ending.
