I think this theme fits well for the battle in of itself. Unlike past games, Mario is in direct confrontation with Bowser this time. No button, just you and this BEHEMOTH, as well as his son being a nuisance. The others were either generic sized bowser or running from giant bowser. In any case, I think it’s serviceable and still catchy. It’s upbeat nature makes sense.

He was only bad to his adoptive Kids the Koopalings because they failed to much in his opinion and never accept them as his kids but Bowser Jr. is different. The only bad thing he did to Jr. is that he lied to him about Peach being his Mom in Sunshine but well Jr. knew it he just enjoyed to fight Mario.

While I do really love how intimidating Wii's theme is, I have to give this one some credit for how it sounds. I don't know if it was the intention or not, but the theme being at a faster pace sort of gives off a more playful vibe to show that you're fighting Bowser *and* his son, sort of like a cartoony "can't stop this father-son duo!" kind of feel to it.
