Thank God for custom overlays getting fixed. So far, they have been broken on my computer for the longest time, so I couldn’t use the ones I downloaded from you. So thank the lord they finally fixed this bug so I can size my video assets better! 😊

You are so awesome Jenn. I am a struggling video editor and I use capcut alot. I am trying to get efficient with final cut but I always find myself going back to capcut for the ease of use and effects. Any advice on the two? Which one is better and why? I was stuck when they banned capcut a couple weeks ago.

Good to know they fixed all these bugs. But after updating to this version I’m unable to export my video. Been working on a project for 4 days and I’m unable to export the video! Been waiting for 4 hours when it took 5 to 10 to export a 10 minute project.

Does 11.0.1 require FCP Libraries to be updated when first opened in the updated release?

FCP 11 has been crashing on me here and there quite often. it's really annoying. I'm in the middle of a project now so I don't think I'll be updating just yet. ugh. thanks for the heads up

the show custom overlay doesn't work with me it doesn't appear and I can't click on it

You probably don't have any installed. They don't come with FCP. Navigate in the Viewer menu to "Choose Custom Overlay/Add Custom Overlay"

Да уж, "великое" обновление. Какой стыд, для гигинтской корпорации такие баги оставлять в программе. Типа, тестирующий отдел не заметил. А мы тееперь как манну небесную должны это воспринимать. Тем не менее, спасибо за обзор!
