For the button packs you should just make as many buttons as you can for all of them and then assemble them into packs, then you at worst can bring the button pack supplies to the convention and make them when its slow, and its a lot easier to put together the packs than to bring the whole button press, and then even if you never have time to assemble the packs together you still have the buttons that you can sell alone.

You think your cats shed? Should have seen ours in the spring !! Tetrising desktop around the cat - I'm sure cat ladies everywhere would approve !! Special edition Kiki & Midna hair buttons? I'd buy. What if you outsourced just a handful of your long-running most popular buttons? Order, say, a few hundred of each, just to reduce the buttons you need to prep for a few cons at a time. Then you wouldn't need to raise the price too much. Just a thought. Also I'm sure the new button press (if and when it comes) would help. Congrats on one million subs !!
